He stressed the “success” has to be “thanks to the joint efforts” of all countries to join the campaign against terrorism in Syria, including Russia, Iran and Turkey.
Mr Putin also called for a ceasefire on the entire territory of Syria and said the four parties have agreed to join a peace talks in the capital Astana of Kazakhstan aims to find solutions to resolve conflicts in Syria.
The Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and the Council granted Turkey Mevlut Cavusoglu also had a meeting in Moscow, December 20 minutes to discuss the latest happenings in Syria, particularly in Aleppo.
Meanwhile, Russian military aircraft carrying more than 90 people crashed into the Black Sea
A military base of the Russian Tu-154 carrying more than 90 people disappeared from radar after taking off from the city of Sochi, the Black Sea, falling down the facilities.
